Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After having received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Prices and Payment Terms

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases or decreases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters arising out of or relating to these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule, that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the HongKong.
Informal Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Website, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of the Terms of Use, or any part of it (“Dispute”), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party (by first class or registered mail) describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute.
No Assignment
